  • Works include the demolition of the remaining walls of a derelict, terraced house and a rear boundary wall and the construction of a dual fronted 4 storey, apartment building consisting of 4 no. 1 bedroom apartments. Apartments 1 and 2 at ground and first floor levels have own door access from the pedestrian rowserstown lane and apartments 3 and 4 at second and third floor levels have own door access each from private external stairways entered from kilmainham lane. Private open space is provided as follows: apartment 1 has a front courtyard, apts. 2,3 and 4 have south facing balconies to rowserstown lane and apt. 4 also access by private external stair to a roof garden. A green roof finish is proposed for the roof of the building. A rooflight is proposed in south west corner of the roof over apt
  • Bin storage for each apartment and bicycle parking is provided within the property boundary. Associated siteworks, including the construction of a retaining wall to support the land bank to the rear of the property and the upgrade works to the drainage system, are to be carried out
