The proposed development consists of four signs as follows (a) 2 no. Small plaques (0.4m x 0.8m) on either side of the front entrance on dame street, (b) 1 no. Internally illuminated white flex face sign (4m width and 1m height) with the company name in black lettering over the front entrance facing dame street and (c) 1 no. Sign consisting a of white illuminated letters (2.99m width and 0.54m height) mounted on a stainless steel rail on the rear of the building inside the glass balustrade at podium level facing cope street (northern elevation). All signs contain the letters 'wework, the future occupants of the office area within the building. The exterior of this former central bank building is a protected structure.
