- Retention of associated works i. E. The provision of new facilities within the existing building including; in the existing 2 storey block new indoor recreation, play areas and study areas at first floor level, and new family accommodation units, laundry, & gym facilities at ground floor level; while in the three storey central block, new family accommodation units, staff offices and domestic kitchen facilities, together with, in the existing single storey chapel a new quiet room, store, counselling room and staff offices. Externally the replacement of all existing single glazed /panelled units with new double glazing /panelled units
