The purpose of this application is to ensure compliance with the specific planning policy requirements of the sustainable urban housing: design standards for new apartments guidelines for planning authorities as they releate to the permitted development on the site, pursuant to section 34 (3a and 3b) of the planning and development act 2000, as amended.
