Existing lights which are attached to the fascia, and replacement with 3 no. New lights, to be installed on the existing structure for the wall washing uplighters (above fascia level) to light the fascia; e) new steel lettering to fascia to indicate business name, and street numbering; f) new painted lettering to wall at high level to indicate business name; g) removal of wall mounted signage at street level and ancillary works.
