E) widening of existing vehicular access and provision for a new pedestrian site access with refurbishment of existing gates and provision of new gates all facing emmet crescent street. F) provision of 60 no. On-site bicycle parking spaces; refurbishment of gate facing st. Vincent street west; provision of covered bin store. G) provision of new hard surfaced and planted play and amenity areas, erection of 6 no.
