Removal of the existing metal post and bar boundary fencing to the front of no. 48 & along the boundary with no. 46 to form a new vehicular entrance onto ferns road. It is proposed to dish the existing footpath & modify the existing manhole cover to facilitate this access. The existing garden will be replaced with the new permeable paving.
