Planning permission is sought for development comprising of (i) phased demolition of the existing single storey, flat roof, community centre; (ii) construction of 4 no. Three-storey apartment blocks comprising 32 apartments (8 no. One-bedroom and 24 no. Two-bedroom) over ground floor (street level) mixed-use development (1046 sq. M) comprising new ballyfermot united sports & social club with ancillary bar and function room and ancillary use's with 11 no. Car parking spaces and 15 no.
