Planning permission to demolish the existing house and construct 5 number part 2 part 4 storey terraced houses and 3 number 4 storey, 1 bedroom apartments totalling 572 sqm gross internal area on the eastern boundary of the site at 91 raheny road, dublin d05f9w2.4 number on site car parking spaces and 14 covered bicycle spaces will be provided, accessed from a new inward opening entrance onto the side road adjacent to raheny road covered by planning consent p2730 09 august 2017. Generally, the height of the parapet wall along raheny road elevation will be 6500mm to underside of the balustrade. The 2 storey house at the northern boundary will not exceed 6600mm to parapet and 12,600mm to the parapet of the apartments at the southern boundary. The uppermost floor of the 4 storey houses will be set back on both sides to provide small amenity terraces. 5 terraced houses will be provided with private gardens with direct access to the car park. The houses will be accessed directly both from the car park and the rear pavement which will be regraded to provide level thresholds.
