Rooflights and comprising 4 no. Two-bedroom and 4 no. Three-bedroom duplex apartments. The two-bedroom apartments will each be served by south-west facing terraces at lower-ground and ground floor level and a north-east facing terrace at lower-ground floor level. The three-bedroom apartments will each be served by a south-west facing terrace at first floor level, a south-west facing balcony at second floor level and a private terrace and dedicated storage space (3.7sq.
