Apartments: 13 no. 1 bed-apartments, 27 no. 2-bedroom apartments, 6 no. 3-bedroom apartments, each with patio areas or external balconies; and at part of ground level fronting onto shanowen road: a management suite (approximately 182.4 sqm), reconfiguration of basement layout and all ancillary and associated site development works (including drainage and landscape works). All of the above amends a previously permitted residential scheme (dcc reg. Ref. 6058/04 (an bord pleanala ref. Pl29n. 211692) as extended by dcc reg. Refs. 6058/04/x1, 5058/04/x2 and 6058/04/x3) and as revised by dcc reg. Refs. 4360/17 and 4608/17. The proposals include revised material finishes to the permitted block b elevations, internal reconfiguration and lift overruns at roof level. The proposals will result in an increase of approximately 1,405 sqm gross floor area in block b and design changes resulting in parapet heights of approximately 13.325m to 4th storey and approximately 16.0m.
