The change of use and amalgamation of units 33 & 35 artane place from commercial to retail use. Planning permission is also sought for alterations/demolition to the units comprising: a) partial demolition of the front (southwest) elevation in order to create a new shopfront; b) the creation of 3 no. New openings (entrance door and 2 no. Glazed windows) on the southwest elevation and 2 no. New openings (exit door and roller door) on the northeast elevation; c) the removal and blocking up of existing roller shutters, windows and access doors on the southwest and northwest elevations; d) the removal of the existing roof coverings to be replaced with a new insulated metal profile roof sheeting; e) the erection of internally illuminated signage on the southwest elevation and f) internal works to configure the units and all ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development.
