Ref: 3372/23) at this site (3.3746 ha) currently occupied by 'crumlin shopping centre' located to the north of crumlin road, crumlin, dublin
  • The site is bounded by existing residential dwellings to the north and east, crumlin road to the south and existing residential dwellings and brickfield drive to the west. The development will consist of: retention of adjustments to the layout and location of the permitted ancillary single-storey structures to the north-eastern boundary of the site comprising an esb substation, switch rooms, transformer, pump room, bicycle store, sprinkler tank and all other ancillary development. The adjustments primarily relate to the increase in floor area to facilitate the provision of 3 no. Switch rooms along with independent external access and the associated reconfiguration of the compound structures to facilitate operational and technical requirements
