Luke's avenue, newmarket street, brabazon street and newmarket. The development will consist of erection of new signage and wayfinding totems to the existing building, which will consist of the following; 1 no. Horizontal aluminium lettering sign (6.795m x 0.4m) on the northern façade of the building with internal led illumination, 1 no.
