  • Dublin city council. I, the applicant, seek planning permission for the refurbishment and ground floor extension to the rear, two storey extension to the side and new boundary wall to the north boundary of a two storey semi detached house at number 3 clanree road, donnycarney, dublin
  • The proposed development will consist of the erection of a partial width flat roof ground floor extension to the rear of 10 m2 and a double height hipped roof extension of 45 m2 to the side of the existing house to give a total extended area of 55 m2 (total existing and proposed house area is 113 m2). The proposed development will also consist of general remedial works to the ground floor layout to include removal of walls to provide for a open plan living space with kitchen to rear and dining/ lounge area to side and front with new downstairs wc and utility room and general remedial works to the first floor layout to include the removal of section of side wall to cater for access to two new bedrooms in the side extension. The proposed development will also provide for a new white rendered masonry raised height boundary wall to the northern boundary and all associated site, drainage and landscaping works
