The proposed development will consist of modifications to the permitted apartment development granted under abp ref. No abp-317483-23 (pa ref. No. 5046/22). The proposed modifications will comprise of: (i) the removal of the permitted communal amenity space at first floor level between permitted blocks a and b and the infilling of permitted blocks a and b at first, second and third floor level to provide 12no. Additional studio units (gfa. 33sqm. ), to be accessed by a new external gantry at each floor level; (ii) external façade, elevational and roof profile changes to include the replacement of glass balconies with galvanised metal railings, the provision of a brick finish, and a revision to the permitted fenestration; (iii) a minor increase in height of permitted blocks a and b (both remain as permitted at 5 and 4 storeys respectively); (iv) a reduction in the number of permitted car parking spaces and an increase in the number of permitted cycle spaces; (v) modifications to the permitted open space; and (vi) all other site development and landscaping works.
