In the 310m2, detached, 3-storey, dwelling house the proposed amendments include: photo voltaic (pv) panels and replacement conservation roof light installed to the inside slopes of the main roof. Suitable insulation installed at attic level. Shower room, bathroom, and arched lintel installed on first floor. Kitchen, opening between front and rear reception rooms installed, non-original glass in one rear window replaced with stained-glass, partially-original doorway resized (subject to investigative works) on upper ground floor. Existing wcs replaced with wc and cloakroom on landing
