The proposed residential development consists of the erection of 6 no. All houses benefit from private amenity space in the form of rear gardens and roof terraces / balconies. The 2-storey houses backing onto no. 67 merrion road benefit from north-east and south -west facing terraces / balconies at first floor level, respectively.
