Planning permission is sought by treslam limited for the following development on this site 'the hub' saint agnes road & windmill road intersection, crumlin, dublin 12, d12tr23. The extension at ground, first and set back second floor levels, the renovation, alterations and extensions to the existing disused licence premises and outbuildings, including some demolition works as required to provide the following: 2 no ground floor commercial/retail units. 4 no 1 bed apartments some with studies at ground floor level. 8 no 1 bed apartments some with studies at first floor level. 4 no 1 bed apartments at second floor level. Communal roof terrace/garden. Solar panel installation, and water storage at roof level all of the above along with some elevational changes to the approved plans reg ref 3148/21, drainage, bicycle and bin storage to remain basically as approved. And any & all ancillary site work such as footpaths, stairways, lift, bin store, bicycle store, exit entry gates and any temporary works required to facilitate the construction of the project. The proposed structures will not interfere with the existing boundary walls or their foundations. The proposed services such as rainwater and foul water removal/storage and the provision of electrical power will remain as approved in reg ref reg ref 3148/21 with the exception of the proposal to install a series of solar panels on the flat roof to help reduce the buildings power requirements.
