  • Protected structure: we, parish of the immaculate heart of mary, intend to apply for permission for development at the church of the immaculate heart of mary at city quay, dublin 2, a protected structure, rps no. 1854. The development will consist of the following
  • External works to the existing building to include re-pointing with lime to the south elevation and refurbishment of the cast iron gutters
  • Sacristy roof works to include 4 no. Roof lights and new roof membrane with insulation
  • Main roof works to include installation of glazed roof section at apex of roof above altar
  • Main entrance area works to include a new gentle slope to the entrance door, removal of existing timber lobby screen and doors, reorganization of entrance area to include new glazed screen doors, new prayer room, relocation of calvary scene statue by william pearse to prayer room, refurbishment of existing marble floor augmented with new stone tile floor finish, and relocation of 1 no.   • Internal re-organising of the sacristy to include dry-lining to sacristy walls
