Permission to retain constructed position of rear dormer, along with increased width & height of dormer design, all originally granted under planning reference d21b/0212 description as follows- the development will consist of: demolition of existing internal walls, stair and rear single storey extension & rear pitched roof and swapping of position of front door and window to the existing single storey mid terrace structure with attic converted. Permission requested for the addition of a dormer style roof to the rear with projected window box with roof lights on front roof section thus allowing a first floor in the attic space, addition of a single storey flat roof extension to the rear with roof light over. Maintain connection to existing surface water and soil water and all ancillary site works.
