We, newstead dsom ltd, intend to apply for permission for development at frascati house, temple road, blackrock, co. Dublin. The development will consist of: the change of use of frascati house, a 5 no. Storey building above basement / undercroft level, from office to education use; the development includes an extension (comprising 118.8 sq. M of gross floor area) to the western elevation to provide an additional fire escape stairwell from basement / undercroft level to roof level and proposed vents to the northern, southern and western elevations; the proposal includes associated building signage zones on the northern and southern elevations; the proposed development includes associated internal alterations to provide 22 no. Classrooms, and ancillary offices, study hall, common areas, toilets and staff facilities, associated with the proposed education use, the proposed development includes the provision of 2 no.
