We, newstead dsom ltd, intend to apply for permission for development at frascati house, temple road, blackrock, co. Dublin. The development will consist of: the change of use of frascati house, a 5 no. Storey building above basement / undercroft level, from office to education use; the development includes an extension (comprising 118.8 sq. M of gross floor area) to the western elevation to provide an additional fire escape stairwell from basement / undercroft level to roof level and proposed vents to the northern, southern and western elevations; the proposal includes associated building signage zones on the northern and southern elevations; the proposed development includes associated internal alterations to provide 22 no.
