The proposed house to be a two storey ,detached, 3 bedroom, single family dwelling of area 164m2 . Private open space to be provided to the front, rear and side of the house of total area 150m2. A new boundary wall to be built along the eastern boundary between the existing and proposed houses, to a max. Height of 2 metres, to future detail . The existing boundary conditions of timber fence and hedging along the northern and western boundaries to be modified ,providing a continuous hedge with 1 x new, pedestrian entrance and 1 x new, vehicular entrance in the western boundary . The pedestrian gateway to provide access to the front entrance at the side of the house. The vehicular gateway to provide access to 2 x off-street car parking spaces to the rear of the property.
