The proposed development will incorporate the following: (a) forming a new vehicular entrance to the rear of the property onto idrone lane incorporating a sliding gate and associated landscaping and parking / car charging area within the curtilage of the site. (b) construction of a single storey garden shed to the rear of the property. (c) adjusting the layout of the existing front external basement steps reusing the original granite steps. (d) reinstatement of an internal stairs to its original position, connecting the basement floor to the ground floor, thus reinstating the original layout as a single domestic house. (e) removal of an existing modern stud partition and modern door from the basement level living room. (f) removal of 1 no. Existing modern internal door and fitting of 2 no.
