Adjoining, partially enclosed storage areas to accommodate a new vie oxygen gas tank (c. 6.77m high and c. 1.62m in diameter), panel area, gas bottle store and all associated fittings and connections. The adjoining partially enclosed storage areas will be situated on a new concrete plinth with ramped access and a c. 2.6m high concrete wall along the west façade and a c. 2.6m high wire mesh fence and associated gates along the north, east and south facades. The southern partially enclosed storage area will include a lean-to corrugated roof (c. 3.0m at its highest point) while the northern partially enclosed storage area will remain open. The development will also include the provision of new concrete hardstanding surface to accommodate supply truck; and associated site clearance including removal of 1 no.
