- Demolition of single storey side extension consisting of side entrance, utility, plant room and associated accommodation to west elevation of existing house and construction of new replacement part 2 storey/part single storey extension to side and rear. The new accommodation will include new side entrance boot room, laundry/plant room, new kitchen/pantry and dining area. Extended entrance hall, family room and den/games room. At first floor the new extension will incorporate a new master bedroom ensuite and dressing area together with a 5th bedroom and ensuite to the front
- The new 2 storey extension will have a low pitched zinc roof to first floor, clay brick walls, with windows/doors to compliment the existing house
- New low pitched zinc roof to existing den/games room to the south east side together with a new window to the front elevation
- Internal alterations to facilitate the proposed new extension
- Recladding and reroofing existing gabled garden store building to the south within front garden
- Widening of existing vehicular entrance to 3.5m
