We intend to apply for planning permission for the alteration and extension of terraced two storey dwelling. Works include the provision of a two-storey extension of approx. 23sqm to front and rear, linking the two-storey bedroom building to the main dwelling structure. Modifications to the existing windows throughout, including new composite alu-timber windows, 2 no.
