Part of the proposed alterations include returning the position of the primary entrance to its original position on the northern elevation ( from its current position on the eastern façade. ); demolition of the semi constructed, single storey mews ( 130. Sq. M) which is located towards the road, in the south east corner of the site; construction of 4 no. Part 3 storey/part 2 storey, terraced houses ( all 4 bedroomed units and each measuring some 165. Sq. M) and accessed independently and directly from barnhill avenue and located eastwards of shamrock lodge; construction of 2 no. Single storey, courtyard houses located west of shamrock lodge. These houses measure some 87.5. Sq. M and 81.5. Sq. M respectively; permission is also sought for hard and soft landscaping works, for the provision of off-street car parking and all associated and ancillary works required to facilitate the development, including new drainage and civil works.
