- Building as follows: (i) removal of a section of the existing southern external façade of the building at ground floor level, including the removal of existing external doors; (ii) minor internal revisions at ground floor level including removal of limited sections of internal walls and the omission of an existing store room; (iii) minor extension to the southern portion of the ground floor level of the building by 29.3sq.
