- We, the applicants, intend to apply for planning permission for alterations to the front elevation of a dwelling at lower-ground-floor level, comprising the replacement of two existing windows with two new glazed door openings and the formation of two associated small sunken patio areas, each with external steps, located on either side of the existing steps and entrance to the front door of the house at upper-ground-floor level, together with all associated site, drainage and ancillary works at 12 sandycove avenue east, dun laoghaire, co. Dublin. The planning application may be inspected or purchased for a fee not exceeding a reasonable cost of making a copy, at the offices of the planning authority, marine road, dun laoghaire, co. Dublin, during its public opening hours of monday to friday from
