The development consists of alterations to a ground floor extension and ancillary building scheme previously permitted under planning reference d20b/0300, and alterations to a loft conversion scheme previously permitted under planning reference d21b/0050 (subsequently amended and granted by an bord pleanla under reference abp-310095-21).
