Permission for a large-scale residential development (lrd) application comprising amendments to a previously permitted lrd application (dun laoghaire rathdown county council (dlrcc) reg. Ref. Lrd24a/0882/web). The development will comprise the provision of a new single storey esb substation with associated switch room (c. 35 sq m total with maximum height of c. 3.3m to the top of the parapet) to the north of permitted block f and directly north of the permitted internal access road, associated minor revisions to hard and soft landscaping and drainage, and all associated site development and excavation works above and below ground. The development will be served by an internal circulation road connected to the permitted access road ‘knockrabo way’ (dlrcc reg. Ref. D13a/0689; abp ref. Pl. 06d. 243799, dlrcc reg. Ref. D16a/0821 and dlrcc reg. Ref. D16a/0960). The application does not impact on the future access to the reservation for the dublin eastern bypass.
