Development description

We received full planning permission for a dormer attic conversion 24.06.2022 ref d22a/0305. Due to our architect providing incorrect internal measurements, which was only identified by our contractor mid build, the window pattern had to be amended by reducing the original approved window size from 2400mm to 1800mm and also adding a small frosted ensuite window measuring 460mm no other deviations were made from the original planning approval. The only amendment is specific to the window pattern.
