Development description

'we are currently planning some retrofit and small extension works to our house. The proposed extension is to the rear ground floor and is within the limits per part 1 of the 2nd schedule to the planning and development regulations , 2001. As part of the works we want to improve the ber of the house (currently f) and would like to include external insulation as part of this endeavour. We are submitting this form to confirm we can complete external insulation to the front, side and rear of the house (excluding ground floor to rear of house as the extension will replace current ground floor external walls. )
