Development description

We have received a grant of permission for development at this site ref d24a/0344/web. Granted 15th august 2024. In addition to those granted works, we propose to improve and upgrade the insulation of the existing house by the application of external insulation to the existing elevations of no 138. The finish would generally be a neutral coloured, smooth render finish. The front elevation would have a red brick effect below ground floor - cills and above a smooth rendered plinth. This is in keeping with many of the neighbouring houses.
