The proposed installation of thermal insulation is as follows: - where bricks are existing at front and part of side elevations it is proposed to retain the brickwork. The thermal insulation will be cavity fill insulation; - where there is plaster finish at rear and side elevations it is proposed to apply thermal insulation board 100mm and plaster sand and cement finish painted with exterior grade paint.
