We are taking over the building now the department of education have moved the school to a bigger property in dun laoghaire. We are not doing any works on the building and are going to use it as is for a part-time childcare service. Given the building was a school pre 1963 and was most recently a school, our question is whether we can continue the use for education without the need for further planning.
