The proposed alterations are as follows: (i) extension of building footprint to provide additional floor area within the northern (administration) block and the eastern (residential) wing and allow for the construction of a new two-storey residential block to the south which will directly adjoin the eastern/western blocks of the approved building and enclose the central courtyard space.
