- Construction of a part one/two/three/four storey replacement school building and associated facilities comprising i) 37 no. General classrooms, 20 no. Specialist classrooms and a 4 no. Base special educational need unit (sen); ii) a general purpose/dining area, multi-use hall, library, staff and administration offices, staff room, pupil social areas, fitness suites and changing rooms facilities; iii) an external play/tier seating area adjacent to the multi-use hall; iv) an external play area/sensory garden adjacent to the special educational need unit; and v) installation of solar pv panels heat pump technology on the roof
