The development will consist of a) internal alterations to existing bar, lounge and associated staff and ancillary accommodation, all at first floor level. B) external alterations to the existing facade on chapel lane and foster way on north and east elevations which includes raising of the side boundary walls by 2.5m and including a new escape staircase to east elevation.
