The proposed development will consist of: (i) demolition of existing shed and internal and external removal/demolitions to existing house to accommodate the construction of 2 no. Single storey flat roof extensions at first floor level, to the south/south-eastern and western elevations of the existing two storey 3 bed dwelling to accommodate 1 no. New kitchen extension and 1 no. Master ensuite bedroom; (ii) internal amendments to the layout of dwelling to provide for a 3 bedroom, 6 person dwelling with home office, living dining, kitchen and television room; (iii) construction of under croft garage/shed to the east of the main dwelling at ground floor level; (iv) provision of green roofs to the 2 no.
