Planning permission and retention permission is sought by courtlough shooting grounds limited for development at courtlough shooting grounds, courtlough, balbriggan, co. Dublin (k32 kd99). The proposed development will comprise of: (i) change of use of an existing part single part two-storey dwelling from residential to staff accommodation to accommodate 6 no. Staff members of courtlough shooting grounds and flynn park adventure centre which comprises a range of facilities to accommodate outdoor and indoor activities including a clubhouse (f96a/0119), shooting range (f02a/0877); horse trekking, fishing, archery range, climbing wall, sport area (f06a/1215); manager’s house and office (f16a/0376); zip line platform, equestrian centre (f17a/0440); and indoor activity centre and changing facilities (f21a/0211). This will serve the courtlough shooting grounds and adventure centre. Proposed internal modifications to provide living/ dining room, kitchen, wc and 2 no. Staff bedrooms at ground floor, and 1 no. Staff bedroom, storeroom and shower room at first floor. No external changes are proposed; (ii) permission is sought for a replacement two storey dormer styled dwelling to replace the existing dwelling for which a change of use to staff accommodation is sought. The dwelling will comprise a kitchen/dining room, living room, utility room, wc, and 1 no. Bedroom with en-suite at ground floor, and 2 no. Bedrooms, bathroom, wc and games room at first floor; (b) provision of a new wastewater treatment system and percolation area to serve the dwelling. The dwelling will be accessed via a new entrance onto a privately owned lane which is accessed via an existing entrance off balrothery road (lp01155); (iii) retention permission is sought for a single storey wooden staff accommodation cabin for 4 no. Staff members to the rear of the existing dwelling comprising a living/dining/kitchen room, bedroom and bathroom, and foul drainage which is connected to the existing waste water treatment system which serves the club house. This accommodation will serve the courtlough shooting grounds and flynn park adventure centre; (iv) all associated ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development including wastewater treatment system and percolation area, suds surface water drainage, site works, boundary treatments and landscaping.
