The proposed development will consist of: the amendment of the permitted 8 no. 4-bedroom two-storey detached family dwellings ( house type h), on the site's western section , off greenwood park, to 3 blocks of 4 no. 3-bedroom two-storey terraced family dwellings ( house type j) (12 no. In total), with rooflights on the front (east) and rear (west) roofslopes; and will provide 24 no. Car parking spaces for the 12 new family dwellings, an increase of 8 no. Total car parking spaces from the permitted scheme; front (east) and rear (west) permeable paved hardstanding with landscaping; bin store and boundary treatments; rear (west) private open space gardens and all associated drainage and engineering works and all other associated and ancillary development / site works.
