Freestanding signs, b) alterations to the motor sales outlet facade to include repainting and over cladding of existing panelling and cosmetic modifications to the star tower feature at the south corner. , c) the demolition of existing standalone security hut, d) the erection of two external vehicular canopies covering five spaces in total, e) the relocation of the compound fence further northwest within the site and f) the removal of the palisade fencing to part of the northeast site boundary and all of the southeast boundary, including at the northernmost vehicular entrance from kilbarrack parade to reinstate its use as an entrance.
