- The development will consist of planning permission and retention permission for alterations to the development currently under construction approved under reg. Ref. F18a/0421 comprising
- Retention permission is sought for as built fire fighting core including revised layout and omission of staircore windows; and
- Planning permission is sought for (i) amendments to approved floor layouts to accommodate required changes to fire fighting core. The amendments will amend unit mix from the granted 17 no. Studios; 10 no. One- beds. 49 no. Two-beds and 23 no. Three-beds to now provide for 16 no. Studios, 15 no. One-beds, 46 no. Two-beds and 22 no. Three-beds. The number of apartments will not be changed (totalling 99 no. ); (ii) removal of ground floor level switch esb plant / generator room and replacement with water tank store; (iii) elevational amendments consisting of the omission of stair core windows at northern and western elevations; (iv) provision of lift overrun, aov and solar panels at roof top; and (v) alteration to site layout and car parking layout including provision of 10 no ev car parking spaces with no resultant change in quantum of vehicular parking spaces.
