Height 11m), padel courts, multi-use courts (including shipping container), outdoor and indoor swimming pools, group exercise studios, spa garden (including outdoor sauna) and cafe/restaurant with outdoor terrace and play areas. The proposed development will also consist of the provision of a vehicular access point from the holywell distributor road; the provision of a pedestrian/cyclist links to lands to the west; service yard; car parking (198 no.
