Dublin, k34 fk35, to prepare this planning application for alterations and extensions to an existing cottage (c. 35 m2 gfa) together with a new proprietary on-site waste water treatment plant (wwtp) at malheney, skerries, co. Dublin, k34 x036. The proposed development consists of the following; a) new lime render finish to all external walls of existing cottage. B) replacement of existing windows with new painted timber sliding sash windows to front elevation of existing cottage and the replacement of existing door at front elevation with fixed painted timber door and frame. C) provision of new slated roof finish to existing cottage. D) construction of new single storey rear and side extension (c. 108.4 m2 gfa) to existing cottage with self-finish render externally and selected standing seam zinc and flat membrane roof finish. E) provision of new patio area to the rear of existing proposed extension. F) installation of new on- site wastewater treatment plant and percolation area. G) proposed new 1.2 m high timber post and rail fence to east and west boundaries and revisions to existing front entrance and front boundary treatment. H) installation of new on - site surface water disposal soakpits and all associated site development works.
