The proposed development will consist of the construction of 28 no. Houses comprised of 8 no. Detached two-storey 4 bedroom houses, 2 no. Detached single-storey 4 bedroom houses, 10 no. Semi-detached single-storey 3 bedroom houses and 8 no. Semi-detached single-storey 2 bedroom houses, internal roads, paths, open space, landscaping and all associated site works as previously approved under planning refs. F17a/0762 and f19a/0399 but not commenced / constructed prior to the expiry of planning permission. It is also proposed to install a temporary wastewater treatment plant adjacent to the existing foul sewer pumping station to pre-treat wastewater prior to discharging to the public sewer.
