The application consists of retention permission for : 1 - change of use of two number pre-existing sheds from agricultural use to commercial workshop for the preparation and assembly of bespoke fitted kitchen units (211.62m²), 2 - commercial workshop extension to the west of original buildings (64m²), 3 - the installation of two number steel containers to the south of the original building for use as extension to workshop (48.3m²), 4 - the installation of 6 number steel storage containers around workshop building for workshop associated use (total 114.56m²), 5 – the installation of a portacabin structure for use as ancilliary office/canteen (43.4m²), 6 – the installation of a new toilet cubicle along with a waste water treatment system and percolation area, 7 – provision of gravel/hardstanding area for car parking and vehicle turning (0.12 hectares), 8 - all associated siteworks.
