The planning application will consist of; (i) to provide, (a) a modern, well-designed 2-storey frontage extension incorporating standalone new build to the established care home facility, comprising a total of 34 additional bedrooms with ancillary accommodation (dining, administration, clinical rooms, sitting out areas, utility areas), and including a glazed connecting canopy.
